1. Service Description

DirectInsight is a BGP routing intelligence platform provided by Agile Cloud & AI. The service includes real-time BGP event collection, enrichment, anomaly detection, and AI-powered investigation reports delivered through a web dashboard and API.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DirectInsight solely for monitoring and analyzing BGP routing data from networks you are authorized to manage. You will not use the service to interfere with or disrupt any network or system.

3. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all routing data collected from your agents. We claim no ownership over your data. Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be used to improve the service.

4. Service Availability

DirectInsight is provided on a best-effort basis during the beta period. We target 99.9% uptime for generally available tiers but make no guarantees during private beta.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Cloud & AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
