1. Information We Collect

DirectInsight collects BGP routing data streamed from agents you deploy on your own infrastructure. This includes BMP messages, BGP UPDATE/OPEN/NOTIFICATION messages, and active probe results. We also collect account information (email, organization name) provided during registration.

2. How We Use Your Data

Routing data is used exclusively to provide the DirectInsight service: event enrichment, anomaly detection, investigation reports, and dashboard visualization. We do not sell routing data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Routing events are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

4. Security

All agent-to-cloud communication is encrypted via WireGuard tunnels. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Access to production systems follows least-privilege principles with audit logging.
